Separate workspaces
Every server gets an isolated workspace with its own memory, persona and files. DMs are a private room between you and Minclaw. Nothing bleeds across contexts — ever.
- per-server memory
- private DM context
- clean separation
Minclaw joins your server like any other member — except it summarizes channels, reads and writes files, keeps schedules, and stays on call around the clock. One invite. Zero setup. Works in servers and DMs.
Every server — and every DM — gets its own isolated workspace.

Every server gets an isolated workspace with its own memory, persona and files. DMs are a private room between you and Minclaw. Nothing bleeds across contexts — ever.
Drop a PDF, CSV, DOCX or code file into chat and Minclaw reads it. Ask for a deliverable — report, spreadsheet, checklist, patch — and it comes back as an attachment in-channel.
One-off reminders or full recurring jobs from a single sentence. A heartbeat loop wakes Minclaw on its own to review its task list, follow through, and post proactively when something is due.
No laptop to keep open, no session to babysit. Minclaw is awake at 3 a.m. when the question arrives, and the Monday recap posts while the whole team sleeps.
Teach it the house rules per workspace in plain language: tone, formatting, what to always do and never do. Changes apply to every future reply immediately — each server gets the Minclaw it deserves.
No installs, no configuration files, no syntax to memorize. If you can send a message, you can work with Minclaw.
Press the invite button, pick a server, confirm the permissions Discord shows you. That is the entire installation process.

Mention Minclaw in any channel it can see, open a DM, or describe the job in plain language. It answers in place, with the context of that workspace behind it.
@Minclaw what changed in #announcements this week?
Minclaw keeps a separate memory for this server — and a different one for your DMs. Set house rules in plain language, and every reply follows them.
@Minclaw concise, friendly, always cite sources
Schedules fire, heartbeats check the task list, files get drafted and posted — including while everyone is offline. This is the part people stop noticing, and then miss.

No special syntax. Mention Minclaw, say what you need, and it handles context, files, schedules and tone. Click any card to copy an example request.
Weekly recaps, welcome threads and event reminders post themselves, on time, every time.
Monday 09:00 — recap auto-posts while the mod team sleeps.
Upload the paper, get the summary, then a quiz — spaced repetition scheduled for revision week.

Drafts, reminders, summaries and follow-ups in a workspace nobody else can see.

Minclaw only ever sees what Discord permissions allow, only inside the workspace you placed it in, and only for as long as you want it there. That is the whole design philosophy.
Only the channels its granted permissions cover — the same ones Discord shows you on the invite screen. Within that scope it uses recent message context and the files you share to answer well, and that context stays inside your server's workspace.
Yes. Your DM conversation is its own workspace, separate from every server workspace and from every other member's DMs. Server members and moderators cannot see it.
Attach a file (PDF, CSV, DOCX, code, images) with your message and Minclaw reads it inside that workspace. Generated deliverables — documents, spreadsheets, checklists, code — are returned as regular Discord attachments in the same channel or DM.
Describe a task in plain language — “every Monday 09:00, post the weekly thread” — and Minclaw creates a one-off or recurring schedule. A heartbeat is its periodic check-in: it wakes, reviews its task list for that workspace, and acts — posting due threads, verifying earlier work, or reporting that nothing is pending. Schedules persist across restarts.
About thirty seconds: press invite, choose the server, confirm permissions. Minclaw is usable the moment it joins — say hello in a channel or open a DM. There is no command syntax to learn; plain language is the interface. For personal use, no server is required at all.
Yes. House rules are set per workspace in plain language: tone, formatting, and what it should always or never do. A study server can be playful while your work server stays terse and citation-heavy, and each change applies to every future reply immediately.
One click adds Minclaw to your server — or your DMs. It will still be there tomorrow, and the morning after, with the recap already posted.
